Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods — in this case, the day of collection at the Camp.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Or you can use our withdrawal form.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments made by you, no later than 14 days from receipt of your notice, using the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or customised items (e.g. goods printed with your name)
• Sealed goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
